A new project carried out by Garant-Invest Group is Moskvorechie shopping and entertainment center at Kashirskaya metro station.
The shopping and entertainment center will contain a large supermarket, well-known chain stores selling clothes, footwear, goods for children, cell phones, accessories, a chemist’s shop, a sport shop, as well as a cinema, restaurants and cafes. The three-storeyed building will house a total of 110 shops, 10 restaurants and cafes and an 8-hall movie theatre.
Moskvorechie shopping and entertainment center is the first shopping center developed by Garant-Invest Group with a dominating share of entertainment and recreation areas. Customers of the shopping and entertainment center will not only purchase goods, but also regularly spend their time in Moskvorechie shopping and entertainment center.
Special education and entertainment zones will be provided for children. Two special grounds will host weekly shows, concerts and festive events.
Due to its location next to a metro station, Moskvorechie shopping and entertainment center is one of the most technologically complex and unique projects, not only for Garant-Invest Group, but for the real estate market of Moscow as well.
