Garant-Invest Group celebrates its 15th anniversary in 2008. Garant-Invest Bank, the main body of the holding company, obtained license to conduct banking operations in 12 November 1993. This date is considered to be the birthday of Garant-Invest Bank and consequently the birthday of Garant-Invest Group.
As the result of successful business development a number of new enterprises have emerged, such as: Garant-Invest Real Estate which is a commercial real estate developer and property manager; Garant-Trade M which is an operator of Moi Magazin retail chain. Well-known shopping centers of Garant-Invest Group: Gallery Aeroport shopping center, Retail Park shopping center, Kolomensky shopping center, Prazhsky Grad shopping centers have become a benchmark of success for other companies.
Garant-Invest Group has expanded its position on the property market through acquisition of Stroyservis Construction Association and setting up a new company Garant-Invest Development. Currently properties portfolio of Garant-Invest Group consists of Moscvorechie shopping and entertainment center, Tulsky business and shopping center as well as 10 other retail properties.
